Jon Fielding BAHons Arch, MArch, ARB, RIBA

Internationally recognised design leader with over 25 years’ experience driving creative excellence, team growth, and innovation across architecture, urbanism, design & technical advisory. Founding Board Director, with a proven track record scaling new studios into globally respected practices working across UK, Europe and Asia.

His previous executive leadership roles, include; Partner at Foster + Partners, Global Creative Director and EMEA board member at Benoy, and Founding Director Heta Architects.

Jon has led the design strategy and delivery for some of the world’s most celebrated projects - from Apple’s flagship retail stores to the Stirling Prize-winning Bloomberg European Workplace HQ, the strategic masterplan for Imperial College Exhibition Road Campus Expansion, and a number of high-profile tall buildings and masterplan designs globally.

Known for blending design vision & innovation with strategic and commercial insight, Jon has led high-performing teams, secured competitive international work, and delivered transformative, sustainable outcomes for global brands, institutions, and UK towns funds.

Educated at the University of Sheffield (BA Hons and Master’s in Architecture), Jon combines rigorous design training with strategic foresight. He also holds a Sustainability Leadership Award from Imperial College Business School, equipping him to lead on ESG-driven innovation and future-focused design viability for clients.
